Product Overview
KJ-FZ722G is a single-component reactive polyurethane (PUR) hot melt adhesive based on polyurethane resin. It has the advantages of low viscosity, easy wetting, and high production efficiency, making it suitable for automated assembly lines. After melting at temperatures between 80-110°C for application, it provides excellent adhesion strength upon complete curing, and has a soft touch.
Applicable Scope
Suitable for fabric-to-film composite applications. Fabrics with a waterproof rating of level 4 or lower, and fabrics rated above level 4 as well as filament fabrics require preliminary small-sample testing before proceeding to mass production. When laminating non-waterproof fabrics, due to the strong penetrating ability of FZ722G, small-sample testing is necessary before mass production.
