Product Overview
KJ-PG2375 is a one-component reactive moisture-curing hot melt adhesive based on polyurethane resin. It has the advantages of moderate viscosity and high production efficiency, making it suitable for industrial assembly. After melting at 120-160°C for application, it develops excellent adhesion strength upon complete curing.
Applicable Scope
1. Plastic-plastic lamination. The surface energy of the plastic must be greater than 42 dynes, and it must be greater than 54 dynes when the plastic is nylon.
2. Plastic-metal lamination. The surface energy of the plastic must be greater than 42 dynes, and it must be greater than 54 dynes when the plastic is nylon. The metal must be free of oil and oxide layers. Commonly laminated metals include iron and aluminum, but due to the complexity of metal composition, small-scale tests must be conducted to confirm the strength before trial production and mass production.
