W159-1 Breather Fabric is a specialty breathable felt material designed for vacuum molding processes, made from non-woven polyester fibers and subjected to rigorous washing and heat setting. It is characterized by a clean surface free from contaminants, excellent breathability, and conformability, and remains stable at high temperatures. It is suitable for traditional vacuum bag molding processes (wet lay-up), capable of expelling bubbles introduced during the lamination process or generated during curing, and it can absorb excess resin.
